People arriving from abroad will not be placed at isolation facilities from October 15

Following procedures are to be adhered by the travelers: 

• All passenger must present a negative Covid-19 PCR test which is taken within 72 hours before arrival; 
• Present certificate of vaccination, their final dose at least 14 days prior to arrival or 
• Present a record/proof that one has been infected and have antibodies of Covid-19, or 
• If one has neither of the above, required to have PCR test and be quarantined their own cost for 2 weeks upon the test result being negative. 
• In November 2021, 39 international flight routes will restart, and 45 in December between Seoul, Frankfurt, Tokyo, Istanbul and Almaty.
